Set permissions for a map

The permissions for a map give you the possibility to choose who will be able to consult it and to modify it. You can also set your map as public.

Instructions

     1. To set the permissions of a map you have to go to your portal-server.

     2. Go to the Map Gallery > Click on your map > Click on the "Permissions" tab

     3. You can set your map as public by checking the "Public" dialogue.
     You can give access to anyone you want in the "Access Permissions" field. This person will only be able to consult the map, without modifying it.

     You can allow anyone to modify the map in the "Modification Permissions" field. This person will be able to modify the map as well as view it.
